401 Error

Hello, my Lightroom subscription has ended from the result of my studies ending. I didn't get the chance to download all my photos form the cloud to my desktop before it happened and now when I try to download the files from creative cloud I get a 401 error saying I don't have administration access. 

Please help

Hello Khalil,

Your entitlements are closed because you are removed by the Administrator BRITISH COLUMBIA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (BCIT). You may try the Lightroom downloader and check if that helps.

If you still receive an error then you may request the Admin of your institute to add you again for a day and you can backup your assets.
