403. That's an error message. - After attempting to Login

I am a teacher and all of my new students have been entered as Users in our Adobe for Enterprise account. I have checked again and again and they all are listed as Active. Creative Cloud and Adobe Photoshop have been downloaded to their computers by our IT department. However, when they try to login..... After they enter their email and password, they get this 403. That's an error message. Emails and passwords are correct. Our account is not faulty as I am logged into Photoshop on my computer and my returning students have also had no problems. Please help me resolve this.

I would guess, that the account is the problem, as returning students have no problems, but the newly created ones have. I would suggest, that you contact the Adobe customer care via the adminconsole. You seam to be an administrator of the Adobe Enterprise system. If you aren't, you will need the help of one of your administrators. Use the adminconsole to contact Adobe, as this will give you a more pointed support to the specificities of an Enterprise licence.

I also would recommend creating a fake student account, that you can use to test. When the issue has been solved, you can easily delete that one again.

Let me move this to the Enterprise & Teams forum for you, which I hope is the appropriate forum for your question.

I suspect that more than likely you will need to use the Admin panel (?) used to manage the accounts to contact technical support.

The Using the Community forum is for help in using the Adobe Support Community forums, not for help with specific programs, installation issues, or account issues such as subscription questions or billing problems, or generalized questions about Creative Cloud services.

* Product questions should be posted in the associated product community.
* Installation questions should be posted in the Download & Install community.
* Account issues, including subscription questions or billing problems, should be posted in the Account, Payment, & Plan community.
* Questions about the Creative Cloud desktop app or general questions about apps in the Creative Cloud should be posted to the Creative Cloud Services community.
