7 day trial on all my programmes?

The company who I work for has Adobe Enterprise Cloud, usually never a problem. But I got a message to log in yesterday.  So that is what i proceeded to do, but I am only getting 7 day trials on Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Acrobat is actually missing for some reason. This is paid for annually by my company and up-to-date. Any ideas?

    Thank you

Yes, this is very strange as I have a complete package which I have been using for years. I think there must be an error somewhere with my company connection, fingers crossed our IT can help as I feel like I am not doing anything wrong when logging in. Myself and another user in the company office, we both have the same programmes as part of the deal, but for some reason mine isn’t responding to the signing in process? Funnily my Acrobat isn’t showing in the Apps I use, odd?

    Cheers Graham

    Hi,

Your IT admins can also open a support ticket via the Support tab of the Admin Console. This will get them straight to the Enterprise Support team.

    Hi,

I notice that you have a 'Federated ID' which is used for single sign-on.

You may be logging in using your own Adobe ID account.

Please make sure to log in with your Federated ID - which you may see described as an Enterprise ID.

See Creative Cloud enterprise sign-in for more details.

Hi Alister, thank you for replying. I am logging on the Enterprise Cloud?

When you say federated ID, I presume it is the password I have for logging into my Expro account.

When I log in all seems fine, I get into the Adobe Cloud, but my programmes are showing 7 day trial?

Also no Acrobat on there either.

Can you come on my Mac remotely Alister, I just might be making a ‘schoolboy’ error?

    Cheers,

    Graham

    Hi Graham,

Checking your entitlement I can only see Acrobat available to you under your Federated ID - not the other applications. To sign in under Federated ID you would enter your email address plus the password you normally use for your network/email/pc - typically called your LDAP password.
