About Product tu change

actually i wanna change my Product as all application product for Student.

But wenn i tried to change, i can not get it for Sutdentversion, becouse of  my old Dokument.

I am still a student and i wann get all Version on Foto-Abo der Creative Cloud Student and Teacher Edition (jährliche Laufzeit).

How can i do?

Please help me as soon as possible
