About workstation licensing
Hello,
We are company and some months ago we brought Individual membership for all-app bundle, for that we made adobe account as our company name.
So now we have second workstation where we need adobe products. But the main thing is, that we don.t work primary with adobe. We use photoshop maybe three times in a week for 1-2 hours. We need indesign maybe three times in a month when we create presentations. We sometimes use illustrator and acrobat. We are 6 people in company and actually everybody at some time need some adobe product - mostly photoshop to have some adjustments to image. So for workers comfortability we would like to have second workstation with adobe products so not to bother that one user on first workstation. But still I am sure that because any of us use adobe so rarely, there wont be moments when wi will use adobe products on both workstations at the same time. I have spoked with several agents and actually each of them tells diferently - on says that it is ok to install on two workstations and use at the same time, another says that these two workstations was meant home and workstation etc. So How it is in reality? And what could be solution for our situation I explained above?
One another confusing thing is with team membership (I guess we will go to this plan in near future). And there I need to attach licenses per user. But actually we need license for workstation, because firstly we have workers on half-time job, that are using the same workstation who both use sometime adobe, and secondly there will be moments when other people from company will use that workstation for image adjastments for maybe 30 minutes. So and what bothers me is for example I create user A and assignt license to him, and workstation is activaded with this persons ID, and then later comes user B who works there and suddenly comes "companys check" from our goverment and they see that we have activated account with User A, but he isnt at work and there are working User B, I guess they will caount it as piracy. And what will tell adobe, if they will ask about this case? And is it legal to create users ID not as persons, but as generic - Workstation_1 , Workstation_2 etc?
Thank You,
