Access to mobile apps via the temporary licences provided in response to the Covid-19 situation

We have been very pleased to make the temporary licences available to our students.  However, I note from the help provided with the licence instructions that this licence provides access to desktop applications only.   Is there any way that our users will be able to get access to mobile apps during this period?  The specific app being requested is Adobe Premiere Rush.
