access to photoshop files

hi,

I just finished college, but I’ve lost access to my Photoshop account and files. It’s frustrating because I didn’t get a chance to save all my drawings to my laptop. My email has been deactivated, and the IT department mentioned they’re working on it, but I wonder if there’s any way to retrieve my files without their help. I’m concerned about how long the files will be kept, so I really want to explore every possible option.

Does anyone know if there is anything I can do?

Hi @hopeful_skyline3079,

Thank you for reaching out.

As mentioned by @Ged_Traynor, you will need to coordinate directly with your IT administrator to retrieve your files. Since the account is managed by your institution, only they have the necessary access and permissions to assist with account recovery or file retrieval.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Regards,
^AN
