Accessing old community profile after employer created a new Adobe CC license

Hello,

My employer recently changed our company account due to a merger and as a result I am no longer able to login to my previous one when using the community discussions which I had been doing since 2019. Since it used the same email as my new Adobe CC account, I'm guessing there is no way to access the profile I had originally used since they closed that Adobe license, am I safe to assume?

your old account (with cc files) still exists, if it's been less than a one or two months since the change.

 

it's not going to be easy, but if your admin changed your account back to the original, you could share or download your old account files.

 

then have the admin close the old account.
