Accessing old community profile after employer created a new Adobe CC license
Hello,
My employer recently changed our company account due to a merger and as a result I am no longer able to login to my previous one when using the community discussions which I had been doing since 2019. Since it used the same email as my new Adobe CC account, I'm guessing there is no way to access the profile I had originally used since they closed that Adobe license, am I safe to assume?
