Hi I have been paying for Adobe Cloud privately but now I have a license through my university.
How do I stop the payments and now use the free option from my University?

You'd contact Adobe and cancel your other plan. There will probably be a penalty for early cancellation. Note that you will lose all the work you saved to the old plan's cloud etc.
