Account Manager does not update already paid licenses

Hello, 

 

We did the payment for our licenses two months ago (you can see in the attachment) but our account manager (adobe@duepuntozerosas.it) does not update and now we have only one day left before the licenses expire.

 

They suggest us to move to another contract without any reasons. We'll lost our link history, cloud links. They say we should do manual backups....

 

It's an awful situation, but we paid in advance as we did every year.... 

Do you have any other workaround to mantain our actual contract?

Hello!!!!

 

In my admin console I see my subscription end date 24 december 2024, but now the CC signed me out.

Now I can't use my software!!!

 

It's an incredible situation, zero professionality. I don't know who did wrong. My account manager says that Adobe have problem with server licensing....

 

I have paid my yearly contract in advance and now I can't use my software. I am a professionist. He is subject to prosecution!!!

 

Please give me back. my software

Oh, I forgot. They say that this situation it's an Adobe's fault, because you didn't receive their documents or something....
