Account manager ignores my responses to their upsell attempts

I have been repeatedly emailed with requests to consolidate one of our employee’s personal account with our team’s account via our ‘Account Manager’, and despite replying multiple times at this point that we are not interested, without any acknowledgement of that refusal. I’ve just received another one, and at this point am borderline thinking of eating the rest of our subscription term and cancelling. How do I get Adobe reps to quit annoying me with this?

    use your console to convey your wishes: open the support tab on your admin console > start chat or start case or request expert session.
