Account manager not returning phone calls

I'm trying to renew my Adobe CC license, so I call the number that my account manger left. I get a message that says "all representatives are assisting other customers. We are unable to take your call at this time, please leave a message and a representative will call you back." I have left three messages this week. No one has called back. I guess my account will deactivate on March 31st.

If this is a Creative Cloud for Teams license it should auto-renew.

Renew or restart your Creative Cloud membership
