Account migration

Hi!

I tried to migrate my account after graduation.

But I haven't got the confirmation email (been waiting for days).

Just wondering if it's normal and how long it usually takes. 

If it should be faster, can anyone help?

Nothing is missing.

But I just want to know if the account has been transferred because I haven't got any confirmation email.


There may be a delay in receiving the confirmation email. Form what you have confirmed, it seems nothing is missing and your assets have been transferred to your personal account. You can always refer to the documentation for any additional information.

Please check if the assets are showing under the "assets.adobe.com". Please use your school account to sign in.

Yes. It's under assets.adobe.com and signed in with the school's account.

This is the message showing for days.
