account not active, bill is payed

Hello,

i made a school account for Creative cloud. The bill is payed, but i cannot see my active account anywhere.

And i cannot find a subscription anywhere;

The thing is that i want to stop the subscription, but now i dont know how, because there is nothing here to see about any subscriptions...

 

can you please help me to find and cancel my subscription?

who administers your subscription?

Contact Adobe Customer Care, as they are the only ones who can assist with billing issues. Note that if you subscribed to an annual plan and are cancelling before the year is up, there is a fee for early cancellation.
