Account suspended (perhaps system error as there seem to be 2 accounts linked to my email address)

I have a business account associated with my email address, which I use with Login with Google. However, I am currently finding that when I login to this, it switches to a free account under the same email address and I get the attached error message. The card details on my business account have been updated, so perhaps its the change in card details, or perhaps because of typing in the address rather than using Google Login?

 

Please help as I can't work
