I am trying to transfer my Adobe portfolio from my disconnected university account to my personal Adobe account. The link currently takes me to a page not found error.

Hi @magnificent_brain8437,

 

As you mentioned, you can no longer access Adobe Portfolio because the school account is closed. You need to ask the school admin to reactivate it and initiate the migration again.
