Account trouble

I was part of adobe subscription for teams. Im no longer using it and I would like to use egsisting account

for regular usage, to purchase regular plan. But every time I log in I have 2 account to choose from and simply cant find solution to deactivate or switch my accounts from teams. Is there any help how to do that or how to conntact agent via chat or something?

If you are an enterprise customer, you can open a support case from the Support Tab in the Admin console,

 

if you are an individual user please go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html and log into the site.

Click the chat pod on the bottom right and type AGENT to get a real person who can help.

Please be patient 1:1 customer care puts you in a queue.

the admin of your teams subscription has to remove you from their account.
