Account vanished and lost my subscription, will i be charged next month?
Got a new student plan with my university email 5 days ago and everything was working well and as intended until yesterday, when i booted up after effects only to be stopped by a Log into account screen. Tried all the possible passwords, with my student email, and none worked, tried the forgot password button which sends a code, but it never arrived. I backed out and tried login in directly with google, which works, but i soon find that all the apps are locked and my plan wasnt showing up. I then get a “Welcome to adobe” email, which i had not received when i first made the account. Now in the rush of the morning in a new job i had to resubscribe with the same plan to unlock everything again. I have the payment receipt from 5 days ago so i know im not crazy.
Tried talking to client support yesterday after work but i couldnt get ahold of a human and the bot could not give me proper answers.
I want to know what could have happened and if there is a way to stop the potential extra charge ill receive next month for a plan that has vanished.
