Account was Enterprise, but uses Personal Email so can't migrate assets.

Not sure if there is a solution to this, but will lay it out.

I had an Enterprise account through my college, but changed the associated email to my personal email for convenience. I graduated and was trying to migrate assets (including an Adobe Portfolio site) to a new professional email, but portfolio support is unable to assist as it is supposedly still an Enterprise Account. The email does not register as being associated with an organization though, because it is not an edu, so I can't use the migration portal. I also cannot change the associated email back to my edu email.

Is there anything I can do to recover my site to my new account? I have already paid for creative cloud and do not want to repurchase it if I won't be able to migrate the site either way.

Hi Brianna,

Unless you are able to access your college account, Then I apologize but you will not be able to retrieve your Adobe Portfolio site. However, if you want to retrieve other assets you can ask the administrator at your college to delete your account and reclaim your assets. You can share the following document with your Administrator.

This account that I am currently replying to you with is the one I used through college. If it is possible to continue using an Enterprise account as a personal account, as other posts on the support forum suggest, I do not understand why I would not then be able to transfer those assets. Regardless, it seems like this is something Adobe is not prepared to handle. Please take actions to correct this and ensure that this cannot happen for users in the future.
