ACH Payment / Bill Pay

I am trying to purchase Acrobat Pro via ACH payment or Bill Pay but customer support told me that only Credit/Debit cards can be used to make payments.  This is such a bad business model for software that is used mostly for businesses.  I work for a goverment agency and credit and debit cards are not allowed.  So unfortunate as Pro would make my job easier to get signatures and Adobe lost a sale!
