Acro DC Customization Wizard - Tools Customization (not applying)

I have set a customization on the tools i want enabled in Acro DC. But when i push out the installation to a new PC the enabled tools I have previously set do not show up on the right side of the Tools Panel.

What am i missing here? thanks.
