Acrobat 2017 Disable Login Requirement

We have bought licenses via a CLP agreement and received one serial for Acrobat Standard 2017.

I customized the installer with the Customization Wizard to include the serial number and granted offline exception.

I've disabled product updates and all adobe services, online features and third-party connections.

When I install above, it all seems to be fine but I still receive a popup everytime I open Acrobat to login with an AdobeID.

How do I disable this?
