Acrobat 2017 setup won't start

I purchased Adobe Acrobat 2017 with a new Surface Pro 4 (Windows 10).  I had no trouble logging in to the LWS site to download the software or run the extraction.  However, Setup to actually install the software won't run, whether I tell it to after the extraction is complete or manually run Setup (as admin or otherwise).  I've turned off the antivirus to make sure it isn't blocking the install, re-downloaded the software and re-extracted it, and also run the Adobe cleanup tool in case something was corrupted in the first install attempt (the cleanup tool found no Adobe software installed).  There is no error displayed on the screen, Setup just fails to open.  Looking at the Windows Logs the Application Event logs list error 1000 "Faulting application" whenever I try to run Setup, but I can't find a cause or fix online.

I was able to get it fixed.  I checked with our antivirus provider and it turned out that disabling the AV was not enough, there was also a background agent that needed to be disabled.  After disabling both I was able to successfully run Setup and complete the install of Acrobat.

I'm not sure.  Customer Type when I look at the Account online is listed as "Deploy to."
