Hi,

I have an enterprise license key for Acrobat 9 when I install the software on my new computer it's telling me that the key is invalid.  So I went ahead and chatted support who sent me to the forums.  Has anyone else had this difficulty using their key?

TY!

Neither “chat” nor these forums are appropriate for handling of any issues associated with serial numbers and activation. No one in Adobe Support should be sending you here for these issues. Please call Adobe Customer Support and speak with one of their agents. If the agent claims they can't help, insist on being connected with their supervisor or a manager.

Thank you Dov for the direction on this I have reached out to my software operations office for more assistance.  For training purposes, here is the chat record if it useful to you as you can see the agent stated there was no phone or chat support.

you need to use the installation files from your enterprise portal.

I only have the disc and sadly my new PC does not have a DVD-R like my old one.

find a computer with a disc drive and copy the disc files to a usb drive.  move the usb drive to your new computer and install from the usb.
