Acrobat and AUSST

We are deploying a large footprint of CC, we have created\deployed the  Adobe Update Server Setup Tool (AUSST) v4 for the CC applications and this works for any of the Applications (photoshop, bridge,dreamweaver..ect), but I can not figure out how to update acrobat pro... Documentation is EXTREAMLY limited (as is typical for adobe) and there is nothing for the Acrobat piece.

Has anyone got this to work for Acrobat Pro on a windows system

Just padding. Shameless.

So odd, I got it wrong. I mean you installed the CLASSIC version. The continuous version is what CC uses - at least for retail customers.

Actually I am installing both versions, but my current test version is CLASSIC, since there is NO documentation that indicated CLASSIC\CONTINUOUSE what does that matter.

I have 300 Licenses of CC which could have an install of Acrobat

and then a different 200 installs of Straight Acrobat.

How ever you are not anwsering my question

Has anyone been successfull with getting AUSST\RUM to apply updates to Acrobat? if so what are the peticulars.

@Test Screen Name, do you have this working at all? or are you just padding your points

Something odd there. You are delpoying CC yet you have installed the Continuous version of Acrobat Pro, which is outside its remit?

So no one has the AUSST server updating Acrobat?

Adobe has provided no further Documentation on using AUSST?

When running RemoteUpdateManager, and reviewing the log, RUM and AUSST report no new updates available for ACROBAT pro (installed 15.006.30033 knowing there are updates (15.006.30244) available)

Looking into the AUSST folder structure on the server, I can clearly see the Acrobat Update sitting in the folders

I have applied the OVERRIDES file in the proper location (other CC apps update properly) but acrobat continues to not update!

Hi ,

We don't provide support for Acrobat/ Reader in RUM yet, this is what we will be providing in future RUM releases.
For now you can update Acrobat/Reader by launching it and then Help-> Check for Update . It will automatically pull available updates from your AUSST server setup .

Thanks & Regards,
