Hello,

On some machines the Acrobat DC doesn't install. Is there anyway to enable logging for the msi?

The log Adobe Acrobat DC 15.009.20069 10-05-2016

Shows it begins, then never finishes.:

10/05/16 13:15:58:960 | [INFO] |  | OOBE | DE |  |  |  | 7552 | CommandLine: /sALL /sPP /extUI /sl "en_GB" /msi INSTALLDIR="C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat DC" EULA_ACCEPT="YES" SUITEMODE=1 OWNERSHIP_STATE=1 LANG_LIST="en_GB" AS_DISABLE_LEGACY_COLOR=1 IGNOREAAM=1 REMOVE_PREVIOUS_ACROBAT=NO

Event viewer shows the msi starts and doesn't finish:
Beginning a Windows Installer transaction: \\server.work.com\smspkgh$\MU2006F0\Exceptions\APRO15.0en_GB\Adobe Acrobat\AcroPro.msi. Client Process Id: 4388.

To ensure that Acrobat is installed alongside the other applications please install via the setup.exe. Syntax can be found in the following document:

Deploy Adobe Acrobat XI or DC

For details on enabling verbose logging with an *.msi install see Windows cmd line and msiexec — Enterprise Administration Guide
