Acrobat DC installation issues

Acrobat DC installer runs on the system and seems to complete (Progress Bar disappears and there is no completion dialogue - Adobe CC Standard)

However the Application is not present on the system.

The Windows Event Log states the Installation was successful.

    How are you trying to install?
