Acrobat DC licensing conflict with other CC apps

We have made Acrobat DC installation packages with Adobe CCP and ACW and they are working fine as long as the users don't have other CC 2017 apps installed on the same PC. The problem then is when starting Acrobat DC, it asks for login to Creative Cloud which shouldn't accour. In some cases the other CC 2017 apps also get license errors that says it's a trial version.

We are an Enterprise Customer and use the same serial number to all applications retreived from LWS.

Somewhere it says that Acrobat DC must be installed Before other CC apps. Why is that and how can we get around it?
