Acrobat DC licensing for Terminalserver Farm

Hello,

 

we have a Terminalserver Farm consisting of 2 Server where we installed Acrobat DC.

The sense of the 2 servers is just for load balancing reasons but the users just have 1 user profile.

Now one day our users work on server 1 on the other day on server 2 and we cannot influence that.

The problem is that Acrobat keeps asking for Activation as soon as they work on the other server - so they need to type in their account information every few logins.

 

Is there a way to deposit the license information in the user profile or does anyone know any other solution for this problem ?

Hello,

User profile data in <user>/AppData/Roaming/Adobe/ as well as the HKCU hive must sync to the VM instance on which the user logs in.
