Acrobat Dc on Mac ask for serial

Good morning. I’ve bought a license in creative cloud about acrobat.

I’ve download the trial version but at app opening it ask for serial (even I’ve login in to my adobe account). It doesn’t happen with other app.

What can I do to solve this issue?

Can you give the link where you downloaded the trial version, please. There are multiple versions of the software, and some need serial numbers. If you can't find the link,, what is the download called?
