We have a number of staff assigned All apps with CC for teams subscriptions.

Ive recently created a new installation package (.msi file) to install Acrobat DC, Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop.

Acrobat DC does not install from this installation package - the other 3 apps install ok. (Ive created this package twice)

Ive also created a separate installation package, just to for Acrobat DC - Running this doesn't install the Acrobat app either.

Ive since followed the following thread Creative Cloud will not install , removing all the Adobe CC apps and reinstalling without success.

Can you assist?

Regards

Joe

    Hi,

Acrobat has its own MSI file. If you run the EXE it will install everything in your package. If you want to run the MSI please run the MSI from the Acrobat folder first and then the MSI from the Build folder.
