Acrobat Pro DC - Lizenz Verteilung - License Distribution

Good Morning,

we bought 12 licenses for the Acrobat Pro DC.

This should be distributed via software distribution to the respective user.

The licenses should first be stored in the installation package via the DC Customization Wizard.

Unfortunately, I do not get any licenses from AdminConsole, I can only add users via e-mail.

Does anyone know where we get the licenses from?

Guten Morgen,

wir haben 12 Lizenzen für den Acrobat Pro DC gekauft.

Dieser soll via Software Verteilung an die jeweiligen User verteilt werden.

Per DC Customization Wizard sollen die Lizenzen vorher in dem Installationspaket hinterlegt werden.

Leider bekomme ich aus der AdminConsole keine Lizenzen, sondern kann die User nur via E-Mail hinzufügen.

Weiß jemand wo wir die Lizenzen her bekommen?

No you want the Acrobat Toolkit not the Creative Cloud Toolkit, and Creative Suite was obsolete years ago. Please go to the Acrobat Enterprise Deployment forum for links.

We purchased the Adobe Pro DC for Teams - A user is placed with his email into the Admin Console afterwards he should be able to use Adobe but we would like to deploy the software with our Software Deployment without the user is getting notified. All he has to do is to sign into his product.

we purchased Acrobat DC subscription for 1 Year.

Is it possible to assing multiple licenses to 1 end User. We need to roll the Adobe to 20 People and we do not want that every employee needs to sign up to adobe. Is it possible to use one User and hand this user 20 licenese so people can login with this user to use Acrobat DC?

Have you purchased Acrobat DC subscription license or perpetual serial key?

If you have subscription then you don't need any key. You will have to assign the license to the end users on their email ids and end users can activate Acrobat DC by signing in Acrobat with their respective ids.
