Acrobat Pro from work and LR classic privately and I cannot log into either, not open either

I have Acrobat Pro from work and LR classic privately and I cannot log into either, not open either. What ever I try by switching between the orange realm of work apps and the blue private apps, I cannot use either since my passwords do not match my accounts. I had success after 1 1/2 hours with Tech support last night, but now wanting to use LRc I wasagain dead in the water (and when I tried to log into Reader Pro at 20 $ per months ...) and could buy a second version of LR and use it ...

H E L P, please.

I talked with our systems admins today for a good hour and they could nor sort it out either.

HELP please.

I tried to set both private and work Adobe password to be equal. That worked for 1 hour. The next morning all my psswords on either branch were invalid. I reset them and they never were valid again. So : why do I not know my passwords that is the problem here.Why does Adobe mess them up somehow with its dual use system. That they cannot sort through either ... 1:20 hours with chat support did not help at all ...

I did solve the issue, though: I uninstalled the Acrobat DC from work and now I can get to work with LRc again. That was crass, but I did need to work on pictures more than on pdf files since I can just use Preview on my Mac book pro for pdfs.
