Acrobat Pro install issue, windows

I'm having an Acrobat Pro install issue, previously to install Acrobat Pro (Creative Cloud) for Windows we had to use this command at the command prompt

exceptionDeployer --workflow=install --mode=pre

now it doesn't work (new year, new acrobat pro?) but if we change pre to post it seems to work. Is this the approprate fix?

Thanks

Hi MICHAEL CROUSE,

Acrobat DC is installed using the setup.exe through the command line (and not through the Exception deployer tool) before running CCP MSI, and if required for deploying other exception applications, run the Exception Deployer Application. Anyone?

I've tried calling the enterprise support number but I gave up after being on "hold" without any hold music for over an hour.
