Acrobat pro not added to account from digital river

We purchased level 1 VIP Acrobat Professional from Digital River and it is not associated with my account for deployment.

We have contacted Digital River and they have referred us to you. Can you please help?

    I see that you have acrobat pro level-1 access, please contact Contact Customer Care - Creative Cloud for teams , they will assist as there might be issue in provisioning.

    I have send you another Adobe ID with which you access the VIP by personal messaging.
