Hi @akh_3363,

Thank you for reaching out. As checked I am able to see you have an active teams subscription associated with the adobe id (email) you used to post this query. Based on your query, it seems that you purchased an Acrobat Pro subscription on 24 November 2025, and then added another Acrobat Pro license on 09 January 2026 under the same Teams profile. Both licenses now show the same end date of 24 November 2026. You are concerned because the second license appears to be valid for only about 10 months, and you would like to confirm whether you are still being charged for a full one-year subscription for the second license.

In Teams subscriptions, all licenses under the same contract share a single renewal date. This means that when a new license is added later, it is automatically aligned to the original contract’s end date instead of starting a new 12-month term.

Since your Teams contract began on 24 November 2025 and renews on 24 November 2026, the additional Acrobat Pro license you purchased on 09 January 2026 was co-termed to this same renewal date. That is why it currently shows a shorter remaining period.

Please note that you are not charged for a full 12 months for the second license. The cost is prorated only for the remaining time until 24 November 2026. At the next renewal, both licenses will renew together for a full annual term.

Hope this helps. Let us know if you need further assistance.
