Acrobat Professional and Reader 7.0+ upgrades Failing

I have both Acrobat Professional 7.0.5 and Reader 7.0.0 installed on my laptop. During the automatic updates, I am receiving failure messages which backs out the upgrade. The message I'm receiving in a dialog box is:

'Error 1334.The file 'directories.acrodata' cannot be installed because the file cannot be found in cabinet file 'Data1.cab'. This could indicate a network error, an error reading from the CD-ROM, or a problem with this package.'

1) How do I overcome this error, since I'm not using a CD-ROM? I have the original installation package on HD.
2) Everytime a power-up, Windows is trying to install the updates to Reader but fails. How do I get rid of this auto startup process?

Thanks. -John

Hi, I have been through the support doc, and yes, my file size is different. I pulled out the original CD, (Adobe Acrobat Pro 7.0), and the data1.cab file is 198 MB.....Where do I get the correct size file from (226MB)?
