Acrobat Standard DC Requires Adobe Application Manager, which will not install

We have OEM Acrobat Standard DC installed on new computers, and it's wanting Adobe Application Manager to be installed, and when the install for that fails it's asking for Adobe Support Advisor, which is a discontinued product.  Any suggestions on where to go next, other than drop Adobe products all together?
