Acrobat Std DC continuous edition crash

We buy a Acrobat STD DC continuous  edition, but it always pop up the below message, after we click the ok button, it shutdown the application.

The message is:

Your subscription entitles you to simplified Chinese product versions. Please verify the language settings in your OS, browser, and software download are set to simplified Chinese.

We try setting OS language to the settings it mentions above, and make sure we download the package from the adobe admin console is the right simple Chinese version, but the problem still exist. May I know any one help us?Thank you!
