Activated CC Licenses
does anybody know how i can find out on which devices my cloud licenses are activated ?

A device license is for education only and draws from a pool of licenses when building a package for deployment with Creative Cloud Packager. With device licenses you can see which devices have been licensed on the Admin Console. See Manage your Adobe Creative Cloud for education device licenses
If your users need to sign in with an Adobe ID (or Enterprise/Federated ID) then they are using named-user licensing. This is typical for Creative Cloud for Teams. With this you cannot see which devices are licensed as it is the individual rather than the device which has the license. You would need to use Software Asset Management tools to monitor which applications were installed on the device via the SWID tag. See Software tagging in Adobe products
