Add a creative cloud licence with just Acrobat DC

I have creative cloud for teams and want to add a license for one user so that they really only use Adobe Acrobat DC. Can I add a licence with just (for example) Photoshop CC and Acrobat DC will be available as well? I do not want to have to purchase a whole new product - Acrobat DC is available with the full Creative Cloud, but is not available as an individual product when adding a new licence.

This won't be possible if you only have the complete CC Teams. The solution is to only deploy Acrobat to the end user.
