Add-on and Extensions for Device License/Enterprise?

Hello,

I need to install an add-on in our current deployment of Creative Cloud. It appears that this cannot be done, why? I was able to add them with earlier versions.

Is there anyway to get add-ons to work with enterprise installations? Is there future plans to have them work?
