Add Users not possible in Admin Console

I want to add a new user in Admin Console, but not possible anymore. I always get this Error Message:

Hello Carolin,

Could you try resetting the cache and cookies of the browser and test again? You can also use another browser and log in to the Admin console and try adding the user again.
