I'm having problems with the Adobe console.
The day the previous license administrator left, my email account as the new administrator was blocked, and so was the console. Now I can't assign licenses to users using the company domain, but only using the domain of their personal email account.

Since you mentioned that your email account as the new administrator was blocked, could you please share the contract ID or invoice number with me via personal message? I sincerely appreciate any help you can give me.

I'm an Adobe reseller, and our end user is having the problem.

I'm trying to send you the contract number via private message, but I'm getting a message stating that the private message limit has been reached.

I'll try again, hoping to send you that information.
