    Hi @BTeng99,

Sorry you're having trouble getting into the Admin Console. Let's track down where it's going sideways so we can get you sorted.

A few quick things would help us pin it down:

    1. What actually happens when you try? Like, does the sign-in fail, do you get a "you don't have access" message, or does the Console load but you don't see the admin stuff you'd expect?

    2. Any error message or code popping up? A screenshot would be super helpful if so.

    3. When you sign in at https://adobe.ly/4hwPOgK, are you using the same email that's tied to your company's Adobe plan?

    4. Has this account gotten into the Admin Console before, or is this your first time trying?

One thing worth checking while you're at it: Admin Console access hinges on your account having an admin role (like System Administrator) for the org. If nobody's assigned you one yet, another admin on your team would need to add you.

Send those over and we'll take it from there.

    Thanks,
    ^AV

First time trying, I am also the only person in the org as I just started this subscription. Message is:

    We're sorry

You don't seem to have access to the Adobe Admin Console. If you think you should, please contact your system administrator.

    Hi @BTeng99,

Thanks for the extra detail, that helps pin it down. We checked the email you're using here on this thread, and it's linked to an individual Adobe Express plan, which is the reason for the message you're seeing.

The Adobe Admin Console is a feature of the Teams and Enterprise plans, used to manage licenses and users across an organization. An individual plan isn't tied to an Admin Console, so signing in there will always return the "you don't seem to have access" message, even though the subscription itself is active and working. Nothing is broken on your end. Here's an overview of what the Admin Console is and which plans it applies to: https://adobe.ly/4yGZwmR

One thing worth checking: if you purchased the Teams or Enterprise plan under a different email than the one you're posting from, sign in to https://adobe.ly/4yJ0izW with that email instead. It's common to end up with two Adobe profiles, and the Admin Console will only show up under the email the team/enterprise plan is actually tied to.

If everything is under this one individual plan and your goal is to manage multiple users or a team, that's where a Teams plan comes in, since it includes the Admin Console for adding and assigning licenses. You can see how the team plan works and how to move to it here: https://adobe.ly/4hxUJhp

Let us know which of these fits and we'll take it from there.

    Thanks,
    ^AV
