Admin Console - Admin user requires valid username and password

You don't seem to have access to the Adobe Admin Console. If you think you should have it, contact your system administrator.

I´m the administrator, what is happening?

Every day the same, I can´t give access to the students.

Please look at what's going on, I have to get on with my work,
since yesterday I stopped my work. It is urgent to continue

I would recommend using incognito mode or private window of the browser and use your Gmail account to sign in.     I tried to use incognito mode but the result is the same.

    The chat session sent me with the Administrator, but the administrator is me.

    How can I resolve the probleme?

    Hello,

    It seems that the admin role is assigned under your Gmail account. Kindly sign in using the same and check if you are still facing any issues.
