Admin Console - Administrator Roles

I would like to see a couple of "Read Only" admin roles. I would like to use this to assign a full read-only role to our Helpdesk group and group read-only role for department liasons so they may validate licensing, user assignments, etc. before contacting a full admin to make changes.

I have reviewed these roles, but they do not give me what I am looking for. I am looking for "Read Only" roles. I want my Helpdesk group to be able to view everything but not make any changes. I want to assign department "Read Only" administrators that can view their groups, licenses and memberships.
The current sub-administrative roles allow for changes, I do not want that.

As of now, we don't have a "Read Only" option, but I can suggest you opt for Support Admin roles.
