Admin console doesn't permit domain validation

There is no longer the option to add domain name.

I only have directory with settings option in my admin console.

Although I dispose of administrator account.

Contacted several times Adobe support which is a waste of time.

You can barely understand their "English" and the people I spoke ... sound like the most demotivated people in the world...

After being transfered several times to non existing numbers....

Tried the virtual support assistant from admin console service unavailable ...

Although I'm contacting support from the admin console where I use the proposed Business/Entreprise support... apparently it's not them that can help me...

After 3 hours "maybe just maybe" somebody from Adobe support could try and make an effort to review why I don't have the option to add domain and validate via DNS records which I can't receive without the option...

Our goal is to use SSO authentication with Azure - Adobe....

Thank you in advance...

Hi @NEXT-GEN-ICT29728822gp4m

The option for domain claim is there on the admin console, and Please refer to the KB below.

https://helpx.adobe.com/sk/enterprise/using/add-domains-directories.html

Note : You will not get the option to add the domain or set up SSO if you have Team licenses, You need to have Enterprise licenses to set up SSO and claim and domain
