Admin Console Feature Release Announcement | Google Sync for any Identity Provider
It’s a pleasure to announce the next release on our Google Sync roadmap, Add Google Sync to any federated directory, for Adobe’s enterprise customers.

On July 15, 2021, we released an update to the Google Sync feature, allowing customers to add Google Sync to new or existing federated directories configured with ANY IdP. The UI and capabilities of Google Sync will now match what is available for Azure Sync with SCIM, with the exception of group syncing.
The next step in our Google Sync Roadmap is to migrate customers who integrated with Google Sync prior to the July 15, 2021 release to the updated UI so that they can take advantage of the flexibility introduced with Azure Sync with SCIM, including ability to add or remove sync from any federated directory and temporarily enable editing of synced data in the Admin Console. This migration will take place the final week of July, and customers will be alerted via email the week of August 2nd. Note that the existing Google Sync customers will simply see an update to the sync configuration within the Admin Console UI and do not require any action as a result of this update.
The updated Google Sync feature is available in all enterprise Admin Consoles (ETLA and eVIP) as of July 15, 2021. Get started by following these steps in the Adobe Admin Console.
