Admin Console Read-only admin roles

I like to see some "read only" admin roles for some users. I'd like the ability to grant global read only admin roles to our Helpdesk group and specific department level read only rights for department liasons. We are not ready to grant admin roles that allow changes to be made to these groups of folks yet, but aour licensing admin is constantly getting requests for information reagrding licensing for this department or this user, etc..

Having a "read Only" admin role would be very helpful in our organization.

Currently, the Adobe Admin Console does not support the creation of custom administrative roles with granular permissions or offer a view-only role. Our organization is an Enterprise account.

I want to assign our Helpdesk group and department liasons the ability to VIEW ONLY all users and licenses assigned. That’s it. I don’t want them to be able to change, edit, add, delete anything.

Great idea -- It'd be great to allow the helpdesk engineers to be able to validate license assignment, without having the ability to actually assign or purchase licenses. We have one admin for 300+ people across multiple timezones, and many of the issues we've been seeing could have been answered with a simple license check.

I agree that this would be very useful for helpdesk roles that only need to verify that users have an active license, to which product(s) and how their registration email is listed, then if there is an issue on the registration/license side, the helpdesk agent can then reach out to the admin for help, instead of the admin having to be contacted for each inquiry
